Staff knew what I needed and dealt with me relatively quickly despite the ward seeming to be very busy.
Junior member of staff looked after refreshments for me during my stay.
Can't think of any particular improvement needed based on this and earlier visits.

Medical care very good.
Discharge procedures took a long time- well over 3 hours. Long delay with obtaining 1 drug from dispensing despite senior nurse chasing this up.
Senior charge nurse very helpful.
